Long rice is also called Indian rice. It is used in the Middle East by a wide range of families. People use Indian rice for Mandi, Biryani, Chicken rice, and other recipes.
The original strategy to cook your long rice is in the recipe below. You can use this method in various dishes.
The Long Rice Challenge, NOT a Piece of Cake!
Long rice or Indian rice is challenging to make. Consider the rice rules and abide by them to obtain the perfect long rice texture.
One, fry for 1 minute with one tablespoon of oil or butter. It helps the rice to ripen right.
The second rule, lower the heat to the maximum level and keep the rice pot closed for 3o minutes. The steam helps the rice to be soft and on point.
Some Personal Issues with Long Rice
My husband steals into the kitchen and opens the long rice pot to check on it. The first thing I do is take a deep breath. The second thing is driving Mr. Arbid out of the kitchen.
He always tells me that nothing will happen to rice. I explain to him that some people, I am one, see the difference between textures, and he doesn’t believe me!
If you open the pot during the process, the texture of the rice will differ from when it is closed.
If you agree, leave in the comments your rice procedure, I’ll be more than happy to read them!

There are many different ways to cook your rice. I love this one because you can re-heat your rice in a pan or pot whenever you need it. Tell me about your way or another way to cook the rice in the comments section. It would be awesome to share.
